Refund Policy
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
* Refunds are permitted only for defective or damaged products, or in cases of service failure.
* Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of purchase or service completion.
* Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories and documentation.
* Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) is mandatory for processing refund claims.
* Refunds for installation or service charges are only applicable if service was not rendered as promised.
* Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for damages caused by misuse, improper installation by unauthorized personnel, or power-related issues.
